Dr. Sam Guarnieri

Dr. Sam Guarnieri graduated from Temple university Dental School in 1983.

After building and maintaining a successful practice in Northeastern PA, he moved to Florida in 2005, relocating to the Orlando area. Recently,

Dr. Guarnieri and his wife of 8 years relocated to Dunnellon, Florida. They are the parents of 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren.

In his spare time Dr.Guarnieri enjoys cooking, exercising, music and spending time with family.

They also have 2 dogs, Geo and Nala. Dr. Guarnieri is excited to bring his skills and expertise to the people of the Greater Crystal River area.

Dr. Julie Moore

Dr. Julie Moore is originally from Newport News, Virginia, but has been residing in the Tampa Bay since 1996. Dr. Moore attended the University of South Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biology. During this time Dr. Moore developed an interest in dentistry while interning with her mentor, Dr. Gregory Stepanski.

After receiving her undergraduate degree, Dr. Moore attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she received her degree in 2007. Go Gators!! Dr. Moore also attended the University of Florida’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Seminole, FL., receiving her certificate in 2008. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, as well as the Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Moore has proudly been serving the Crystal River community over the last 15 years. Her philosophy is to help restore and maintain good oral health by providing excellent care for her patients. Dr. Moore strives to provide a relaxing atmosphere to ease any dental procedure anxieties. Dr. Moore loves to see how healthy teeth can transform a patient’s smile and increase self confidence.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, football games, and baking.

Dr. Samavia Ahmed

Dr. Samavia Ahmed is a New York City native and graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. She has completed years of advanced, hands-on training across the United States, studying under leading experts in implantology, esthetics, and sedation dentistry. Committed to expanding access to high-quality care, Dr. Ahmed brings the latest digital technology and surgical techniques to communities where advanced dentistry is often limited. Her clinical expertise includes full-arch rehabilitation, anterior implant esthetics, Veneers, soft tissue grafting, and immediate-load restorations using premier implant systems..

Certified in both moderate IV and oral conscious sedation, Dr. Ahmed is known for delivering precise, compassionate care—particularly for patients with high anxiety or complex medical conditions. She has successfully completed thousands of Invisalign and implant cases, earning a reputation for blending surgical skill with esthetic artistry. She also provides Botox, dermal fillers, and TMJ pain relief therapy, offering a comprehensive approach to both functional and cosmetic outcomes.

Outside the operatory, Dr. Ahmed is a passionate painter and avid reader who continuously pursues advanced continuing education to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. Her dedication to lifelong learning and excellence in patient care has made her a trusted name in advanced implant and full-mouth reconstruction throughout Florida.
